The refurbishment of a five storey residential building in London’s prestigious Marylebone.

The purpose of the project was to maximise rental yields for the largest landlord in Marylebone. This was achieved through providing design consultation for wall colours, recess design, functional and decorative lighting design and space planning for the building.
