A five storey office building in the heart of London’s prestigious Mayfair.
The project involved the complete redesign of all common areas, including entrance hall, staircase, 5 WC’s, 2 meeting rooms and a private office. Complexities included compliance with current building and fire regulations, budgetary constraints, out of hours work and site access restrictions.
